The Friends of Culcheth Library AGM will be a LIVE meeting in the Library at 10.00 am on Saturday 2nd October. If you are able to attend you can cast your votes at the meeting, but if not you can vote in advance on line.
The present committee has been in office for a few years, and we would welcome people who would be prepared to nominate themselves for any of the committee positions, which are – Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, or Member. Some Committee Members also have other roles.
All FoCL members are entitled to self nominate for any of the committee roles by emailing email@example.com including nominee’s full name and contact details.
The cut off date for nominations is Friday 10th September.

- Committee Members: Matt Smith, Chris Smith, Laura Thomason, Jacqui Johnson, Jim Billington, Janet Evans, Gill Mortimer
On Wednesday 15th September, an email with minutes of the 2020 AGM and a link to the voting form will go out to all members with email addresses.
For the AGM to be quorate and therefore legitimate, we need at least 15 returned votes from members so please return your vote by Wednesday 29th September.
If a member wishes to raise an issue to be discussed at the AGM then details should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org before Friday 24th September so that it can be included in the agenda.
