Following the successful series of Mindfulness sessions earlier this year, we have planned a further series of six sessions.
Every Monday 13th May – 24th June (except 27th May, which is a bank holiday).
12.30 pm – 1.45 pm at Culcheth Library
In these sessions our friendly volunteers will guide you in exploring healthy attitudes and how they can improve your wellbeing.
