We have planned a series of six weekly Mindfulness sessions, where our friendly volunteers will guide you in exploring healthy attitudes and how they can help to improve wellbeing.
The sessions are free and will take place every Monday 1 pm – 2 pm, from 18th February until 25th March.
For our first session, our volunteers will lead a session on Kindness.
